In order to better understand how you are going to become a success in the nail industry, you actually have to get out and chat with 'real' folks!  

Without understanding what 'real' people know or their perceptions about the nail industry - how can you address their concerns as a Nail Professional in your new career?  Understanding how people feel about the nail industry is extremely important.

There are many misconceptions about the nail industry that you will or have heard from clients, friends and family members.

Interview 3 of your friends and family members and ask them what preconceptions they have about the nail industry (good or bad).  For example their views on the level of cleanliness in the salons or spas they have visited, the quality of work , and the career of a Nail Professional in general.  And then in your new role as a nail industry Ambassador, tell us how you would respond to those preconceptions in order to either correct misinformation or shine a positive light on the industry.
